About the Project
The future building will have an above-ground area of 18,500 sq. ft. with an additional 1,700 sq. ft. of usable space at -1 and -2. The design pays particular attention to sustainability and environmental improvements, retaining the iconic concrete exterior façade. Technologies will be completely updated to greatly reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps will be used to make the building fossil-free. Breeam-excellent and Well-gold certification will be sought. Maximum greenery will be integrated into the project, both on the first floor and on the various terraces, including the roof terrace on the twelfth floor. Future users will have access to co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a gym, roof terraces, a garden and convenient bicycle storage. Finally, the interior area will be opened up to create a public connection between Arlon Street and Trier Street.
