The Saint-Michel Warande project provides for the complete redevelopment and rehabilitation of the site of the former ING headquarters in Etterbeek. The intention is to turn it into a modern, user-friendly mixed-use complex aimed at economic players with a European vocation. This ambitious project of over 80,000 m² has as its major asset its highly strategic location, in a green environment, close to the Merode and Thieffry train and metro stations, and in close proximity to the European district.
