The real estate project developed by Belgium Retail 1 Luxembourg SARL subsidiary Krefel group consists of a mix of retail spaces (9x1000 sqm), offices (950 sqm) and a catering area (400 sqm). The former industrial buildings will be demolished and will be replaced by a new project that will be part of a context of energy and environmental performances by aiming for high levels of insulation, green roofs, efficient technical installations. The units will be delivered CASCO, all heating, cooling, water and electricity needs will be provided to each entity and recorded specifically.
