About the Project
With the sustainable integration of the heritage building Socaré, this new district will have a distinct identity. There will be a car-free and green living environment for residents and office users, with numerous integrated services such as a café, a restaurant and a coworking space, also accessible to the surrounding neighborhood.
Its location near Mechelen's renovated train station is an added bonus for both future residents and office users. This project is an economic and social added value for the city of Mechelen.
