This project is located between the Boulevard Industriel and the canal in the Anderlecht area of Brussels. 47,000 m² of housing, and 16,000 m² of offices, restaurants and shops will be built to revitalize and commercialize the region into a hub of economic activities and logistics of proximity. This particular development plan, which is part of PPS Biestebroeck, is the largest for the moment on the perimeter of the 19 municipalities.
