The Manhattan Office Tower is part of three existing neighbouring buildings situated in the heart of Brussels, near the Place Rogier. This tower will be renovated according the ‘Bruxelles 2020’ legislation, requiring a 2015 - 2018 completely new building envelope, new technical installations, the renovation of the elevators, sanitary blocks etc. Two extra office floors will be added at the top floor of the building. The technical installations, which are currently situated on these top floors, will be moved to the underground area (floor -3).
