About the Project
The Victoria Tower is a 24-story building built between 1974 and 1978. Its architectural identity is supposed to be archetypal and is used as a starting point for future development. The renovation aims to transform the existing structure into an energy efficient and fossil free building. This building will be one of the most sustainable buildings in Brussels. The renovation maximizes the reuse of building materials. The façade is determined by the ambition to allow multiple uses at the same time. The façade will allow for different compositions of the building program, which will give additional value to adaptability, sustainability and ecological resources. The tower offers a unique environment for working, meeting and living in the Brussels North district. In addition to private offices, tenants of this mixed-use project will have access to a wide range of amenities, such as workspaces, meeting rooms, a hotel, a restaurant and a rooftop bar. The tower is easily accessible, both by public transportation and by car. It has an underground parking lot with 279 spaces for cars and 125 spaces for bicycles. It is located near the Botanique metro station (5 minutes on foot) and the train stations, Brussels North Station (5 minutes on foot) and Brussels Central Station (12 minutes on foot).
