Formerly IBM Headquarters in Brussels, this 23-storey office building, located next to the Botanic Park, will be updated in order to satisfy passive building standards. To provide a new identity and symbolic dimension to the whole, the shape of the building will be redesigned. This will be particularly spectacular in a large spherical corner volume that will be added on the 15th floor. The entrance will be relocated in front of the Victoria Regina Square, facing the new office district near the “Gare du Nord”.
