Zuidkaai is an important link in this whole story; the site has a de-housing function where city and green meet! To make the preservation and incorporation of the imposing Turbine Hall and factory chimney of the former Electrabel site possible within this new vision, the Spatial Implementation Plan "Expansion City Park" must be reviewed.
